All repair work carries a return-to-base warranty of 60 days from date of return. You (the customer) are responsible for return postage costs (postage costs will be refunded as long as the repair is related to the original repair work).
All parts used are either new or in a new condition, sometimes new parts are not available and we may need to use reconditioned items and you would be made aware of this during the process
Depending on size and value of items being shipped we may use different methods, all costs will be calculated and you (the customer) informed of the costs to return items.
All items will be securely packaged and insured, any damage arising from the delivery company not visible at time of delivery will need to be documented with photographic evidence so we can resolve your issues as soon as possible.
You can refuse the item if it didn’t arrive in a good condition and has clear signs of damage.
Alternatively you can accept the package and sign for the shipment as "damaged" at the time of delivery.
Remember, before you sign for delivery you must be sure items are undamaged, once you sign for the item you are then accepting responsibility for the item which may also affect any claim for damages.
